My visual composer plugin has a new update, however, when I go to update it I get the following error: “Update Failed: License is activated on another domain..” The other domain was the development site I was using to construct my website. Now that it is out of development and a published website I need to figure out how to move the license from the development site to the published site. How do I do this?
The included version of Visual Composer does not need a licence to use. Did you buy your own copy? If so, then please contact the plugins support to help you with this.
This support only covers the issues of the included in theme version of Visual Composer.
