Hi,
I just purchased a new license of handel theme for this site:
I inserted the purchase code in codeless\home page , but I am not sure it has been correctly registered.
How can I check that the theme has taken the code?
I successfully intalled a demo layout but do not see revolution slider or layer slider plugins. These plugins should be included in your theme, aren’t they?
Regards
Marco

Hello,
Yes, the sliders are included in theme. If you don’t see them installed, please go to Plugins menu and install them just like any other normal plugin. The zip files to upload are located in “extra_plugins” folder. Just unzip theme’s main zip file you downloaded from Envato. Together with the documentation / child theme folder.
Activate them normally from the plugins. No activation key is required. Can you send us the activation code? So we can check if it’s registered in our database. However, don’t worry for theme’s activation code. You can keep customizing it as it is. It does not restrict any option from the theme.
Let us know if you need further help.Best regards!

Hello,
1-You can always continue to work on it even without the registration as previously mentioned.
You using a secure protocol. Can you please deactivate it and try registering theme in a simple http connection. Register theme and then continue with https as usual.2-I see you are running PHP 5.6. We suggest to upgrade to 7.0+. And most importantly increase the wordpress memory limit as indicated here: https://postimg.org/image/zc1tqgwhx/
Apart from these notifications, do you have any issue with actually working with theme?
Le tus know.Best regards!

Ok,
actually PHP was set to 7.0 and I got some error in the status page (before you logged in). So I swtched back to 5.0 and error disappeared, so you do not see the error anymore.
The other problem was setting of memory limit that was to low in the status page, even if in my php it was set to 128M. Anyway I fixed it in the wp-config.
So at the moment everything works.
Thank you!
Marco
