license problem after side move to live

  i moved my test-side to a live-server, deactivated license code before i moved and now on the live site i can enter the purchase code with email but i don´t get the install-required-plugin-section in the menu.
  when i switch to another theme and back to specular the welcome page tells me that i don´t have access to the required plugin page.
  any idea how i can solve this?

  Just try by deactivating and reactivating your theme and see if you are able to see those required plugins message ?
