  Sorry for the late reply.
  Please know that we answer to tickets according to their arrival time, the oldest first. By constantly replying to your own ticket, it went up in line.
  The support time is from Monday to Friday 9:00AM-17:00PM (UTC+1).

  -The scroll is ok in the portfolio page. I just checked. Are you referring to the admin panel? The panel is to edit the element and will not show all items so that you are not distracted and can keep focus on the settings. This is a wordpress setting.
  
  -To hide the category filter bar, please go to the Portfolio options > EXTRA STYLE > Filters. Select “Disabled” option from the drop-down list. Screenshot.
