I have been facing the same problem. I bought the theme from Envato Elements and I have my license from Oct 11th.
I followed all installation process but I can not make it works properly.
After importing Dema Data I always get full black screen.
I do not have any clue for what has been happening.
I can provide my license information and also access to my machine to check if you can fix it.
Please. Try to help me out.

Hi @Azam,
I tried to open one, but I did not find a place to make it. I can not see any button to make it. This is why I created comment inside another thread with the same subject as mine.
Could give me any direction how I would create my own ticket?

Please Try to understand – dont need to duplicate your request / reply on others thread, Since many of people thread owners are in snozing or sleeping, i guess its bad idea to post the reply to them.
