Thank you for the attention on other topics.
I have been facing the same problem. I bought the theme from Envato Elements and I have my license from Oct 11th.
I followed all installation process but I can not make it works properly.
After importing Dema Data I always get full black screen.
I do not have any clue for what has been happening.
I can provide my license information and also access to my machine to check if you can fix it.
Please. Try to help me out.

Okay. I will provide the requirements you requested as soon as possible.
I would just like to understand if I will be able to migrate the server later, since I am working in a development environment and then, once approved, I will have to migrate all the content to the client’s server.
With that said, I would just like to understand the practical reason for not receiving the updated zipped theme project so that I can be autonomous at the time of the migration.
