Livecast theme Problem loading on all devices

  I am using your Livecast podcast theme and have been building it using WordPress Live Support. The site has been published. The home page is loading on
  devices after a couple of second after the animation shows, but other pages are not showing up at all, only the animation which is a squiggly moving line. My hosting company has informed me that they reset the theme and that is broken and it appears that the animation is the problem. They also said that there is no error in the error log and no apache errors. What is my next step to have the pages load properly on all devices?

  Have you tried by disabling that pre-loader ? Kindly let me know by disabling that.
