Hey
So the theme has been installed in demo mode, but sometimes when I switch between pages it stays stuck in a loading screen of squiggle lines. How do I prevent that from happening ?
Thanks

Hi,
1) Lana Header, can you please explain to me more about your issue with a screenshot. As I didn’t understand properly what you are trying to say.
2) Preloader effect, It’s working all well as it has to be on our end. Preloader duration does not depend on settings but on the internet connection with which the device attached.
3) Jump in the scrolling, This is because the content on the home page is large and can’t be fit on-screen view so, It has to scroll a little bit more. However, It doesn’t need any configuration and coding but a little bit of adjustment of content. Please advice
Thanks, -

Hi,
1) & 3) As I told you before, that you have to manage your content so it’ll adjust in the screen viewport. Take a look at the home page first section and make changes according to it.
4) Image size at the product page depend on the image set as featured image. By default there’s no such option in Remake theme to change it’s size. One way is to add small sized images. Please take a look at Test product . I’ve added white space below the featured image.
5) Please check and let me know
6) This is a keyword hard-coded in theme. If you wanna change it you can do it through
Project-folder > wp-content > themes > remake > includes > codeless_functions_woocommerce.php > line# 264
OR
WP-admin dashboard > Appearance > Theme Editor > includes > codeless_functions_woocommerce.php > line# 264
P.S: It comes under customization
7) The heading displaying at right place on our end, please specify the page URL with screenshotPlease advice
Thanks, -

Hi,
1) & 3): Please check and let me know. All the content displaying between both ends of the screen. You can edit the section setting as you wanna adjust it on the screen. The space below the page is due to you selected the horizontal header instead of the vertical header. Due to horizontal header height, there’s some space below the page that leads it to scroll.
4) 5) & 6): Welcome!
7): Please check and let me know.
8): You can change it through
Project-folder > wp-content > plugins > cowidgets-elementor-addons > inc > widgets-manager > widgets > content > class-lana-slider.php > line# 310
OR
WP-admin dashboard > Appearance > Plugin Editor > cowidgets-elementor-addons > inc > widgets-manager > widgets > content > class-lana-slider.php > line# 310Thanks

Hi,
1) & 3) 10) 13) 15) 16): Great!9) 18): Working on it. Get to you soon.
11) 12) 17): OK! Take your time
14): You can add an arrow in the menu through
Edit header with elementor > click on the edit button on menu > In the layout tab, select the arrow option > Done.
For the main page, The links like Ankerwechsel.de/#contact would not work properly from other pages to home-page, because it’ll break the flow of functionalities. Thanks,

Hi,
18): It’ll lead to customization of the header in the codeless plugin. We don’t recommend it. Moreover, all changes will wipe out when you update the plugin.
19) 20): Please check and let me know. Thanks,

Hi,
18): The above-mentioned answer is of arrow animation. You can use arrow animation but it has some limitations. If you wanna use it then you’ve to respect these limitations.

Hi,
9) Shop page issue:
Sorry for the late reply,
From what I’ve seen in the video, you’re trying to edit the shop page (product page selected from woocommerce) with elementor. The page is not editing because the shop page is selected as the theme default product page in woocommerce settings. Now, It’ll get all its styling and layout from the theme default settings. You can manipulate these settings in Appearance > Customize > Shop but you cannot change the entire layout or styling. If you want a customized shop page with different widgets then deselect the page as the default shop page in woocommerce settings and then edit it in the elementor, add your customized widgets and your shop is ready to display.
Thanks,

Hi Azam, thanks for the information. So can you reset it on a regular product page in woocommerce? It’s fine for us if it’s not a customized shop page but it should function in any way as page.
Thanks!

Hi,
You select and deselect a page as theme default product page from
WP-admin dashboard > Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Shop page(in your case https://ankerwechsel.de/shop/) > Save Changes > Done.
Once a page is not selected as the theme default shop page you can edit it through elementor. You can duplicate the pre-build shop page and make changes in it or create a new one, add products and widgets in it, style, and publish it.Thanks,

Hi,
Sorry for the inconvenience, there’s just a woocommerce default setting that was conflicting with the shop page. Now your shop page is displaying all your products. Please check and let me know
