Loarding default dummy data

  Hi dont seem to be able to get the dummy data installed.
  
  I have installed all plugins and tried to go to Specular > Import ( dummy data) then clikc on Default and choose a backup below (there is only 1 available from 2017). when i run this backup import I get 1 post and “hello world”.
  
  I have also enabled the WordPress Tools > Import (dummy data) and the asks foe a WXR file? can you provide that?

  thanks. found it and will change password now – can you remove all the credentials from the post? I didnt realise it was a public ticket!
