Lots of error messages

  After updating SPECULAR and WordPress I find many errors like this:
  
  Deprecated: get_header_html is deprecated since version 4.0.0! Use render_class->get_header_html( $field ) instead. in /var/www/html/attochem/wp-includes/functions.php on line 5316
  
  The version of WordPress I have is: 5.9.1
  
  And Specular’s is: 4.2.4
  
  Do you know what I can do?
