I am new to this theme, but have you tried to look in the theme options? Specifically, within the “Specular” menu (on left hand side), then select “Header Options” and within the drop down for header style select “Centered Logo and Navigation”? I believe this is the header style used with the “minimal” variation of the theme.

Sorry for the late response. Yes, that’s right you must select select “Centered Logo and Navigation” at Header Options. You will have these setting if you import Minimal Demo data.
