Massive issues.

  Hey Codeless.
  
  Been experiencing a great amount of issues while using your product.
  
  – Saving doesnt actually save, most of the time it only activates some changes.
  
  ~~– Constantly receive email from spammers due to the blog function which I cant turn off?~~ (FIXED)
  
  – Error on pictures (not getting this Error on any of my other themes I’ve used)
  
  – Sometimes your “premade” themes end up as they should, and sometimes locked with one of my old pictures (which I’ve deleted) and I cannot even click to edit?
  
  Possible to get my money back? I’ve used a few different themes but this is just giving me a headache.

  -The saving does not have any problem.
  -What error exactly, are you getting on images? What images?(portfolio, media, blog?)
  -Can you please be more specific? What do you mean by “sometimes locked with one of my old pictures (which I’ve deleted)”? What demo did you try and have this occurring?
  
  Please give us more details on your issues. What did you try so far? We know Folie theme is different from major themes out there, but it’s because of it’s innovative builder. You only need to spend a bit more time in learning it and see all available features in order to take the most out of it!

  Hey.
  
  I’ve tried a 5th template now and most functions seems to be working. Yet the images are sometimes declined (Error to upload, when drag and dropping in media libarary) and if they upload they change color/looks like a bad filter, like its distorted. How do I save/upload pictures to match my exact original from PSD/JPG/PNG?

  Most pictures in the Media library are broken, even if they show up better once on the webpage they’ve lost some color/hues or changed them. https://ibb.co/g9CqxQ
  
  I’ve watched the tutorials but I can’t seem to find my specific problems/solutions in them.
  
  Also, is it possible to have two portfolio grids or make one of those grids to a carousel with unlimited amout of objects (paintings in my case) so you can scroll left to right showing one at the time?
  
  And is there a drag and drop for live version? I want to swap sides in a duo-column, so it forms a chess-like pattern with pictures going right-left-right left downwards with text alternating aswell.

  Hello,
  
  Please can you provide us your site credentials so I can check it closer and try to understand the issue?
  The theme don’t transform the color/hue of images (except in some elements like portfolio where you choose yourself the effect), they are displayed with the original colors.
  
  Probable you are uploading large images (>2M) that’s why you get the error when uploading. Try to compress the images as much as you can without loosing the quality, it’s better for site performance.
  
  Possibly this maybe the cause the images are displaying with different colors on web, depending on image format and image size, some images when zooming out the image the colors are more concentrated.

  I did a test here https://cbmk.se/test-4/. The images are displaying correctly in page. The only issue is with the ones at Media, the thumbnails on Media library are distorted, but when you click on them, they seems fine. It’s not a real issue, it depends on how the image renders on different sizes. Try to save with different resolution in photoshop (web optimized).
