Media Element - video - Codeless Support Center

  Hi, when I use a “media element” and choose video as the option, the video does not show on the preview/live page. The page only displays the video source file information as text. My site is hosted locally and not live yet, so I cannot give the url, but here are images of the problem and what it looks like.

  What theme version do you have? Did you installed any new third party plugin recently? When did this started to happen?

  Hi.
  
  Theme: Tower v 1.8.2. I’m using a child theme of Tower.
  
  Wordpress: 4.6
  
  This is the first time I had tried to use the media element and choosing video. The media element using an image works fine.
  
  I can deactivate all plugins and the video element still does not show. I have also tried only using the plugins that Tower requests.
  
  Is there a page on your site that has a media element with video in it vs. a image?

  Sorry for the inconvenience. We will check this out further and fix it in the next theme update. In the mean time, please use a youtube link for the video. We tested it, it does not have any issue.
