  Hi there. I have been trying to format the Media Grid element (with item design: masonry media slide with title and caption), to open a video popup/lightbox on click. Currently it’s set to open up an image lightbox by default. Here’s a test page showing the default setting:

  I’ve installed the Popup Builder plugin and formatted a popup which uses the following to launch the video lightbox:
  
  Shortcode: [sg_popup id=3379]
  Class: sg-popup-id-3379
  
  Are you able to help me format this feature to open the video popup instead of the pretty photo, or is there another way to achieve the same results; hover over image to reveal title and details and click to launch video popup.

  Yes, it is possible by removing the lightbox javascript file that comes with the theme by default.
  
  Please edit the file codeless-main.js and comment or remove the line :
  
  /* LightBox */ codelessLightBoxInit();
  
  So now you can use only the plugin for the lightbox
  
  Save the file and everything will be ok.

  I tried this but it didn’t work unfortunately. I placed the line back in. Any other ideas?

  Maybe because on click by default it opens PrettyPhoto??

  It’s set up to be used with prettyPhoto

  Alternatively is there a way that only on mobile/responsive that the text overlays the image without hover. So loads with the page… but only on mobile etc. Thanks M

  I fixed that on responsive. I can’t add the shortcode to be executed on click, it’s not possible

  Hi Ludjon, just letting you know that I created a new Grid Element Template and used an Extra Class Name instead of a Shortcode and it now launches the video popups as desired. Thank you so much for your help and support!

  Please open the browser console with f12 on chrome or by click with the right button of the mouse and click Inspect Element.
  
  check Console > Errors
  
  Let me know if you see any errors.
  
  Also, we have just released the latest version of the Tower, you can update it.
