Hi,
Does something change during last update?
I’ve lost ability to set menu item as mega menu, checkbox “Make this item as mega menu” just disappeard.
Is it possible to restore it?

No, there is nothing changed with mega-menu in the last update.

Popup Maker is conflicting with the menu, if you disable it the megamenu options will be back.
