Menu always visible

  Just enable the “sticky nav” option, set it to “ON”.
  
  You can find it in the Wordpress Control Panel under Specular > Header Options > Sticky Nav

  Yes, I know the sticky nav option. But I need the menu stay always fixed on header. Is it posible?

  Can you please be more specific? The sticky header does that. It keeps the menu visible even when you scroll down. Let us know what do you need to change about it.
