Hello – after the most recent WordPress update, I noticed that my menu dropdowns are not showing. I’ve cleared the cache and checked on multiple browsers. I’ve double checked and all the settings I can find for the dropdown are still correct, and the dropdown options are correctly showing in Appearance>Menus. Can you help?

I updated the theme to latest version.
Before updating the theme please remove the codeless framework plugin first and then update the theme and install the requried plugins again. -
Azam – I followed your instructions to update my theme, but the update lost a lot of my custom changes (including menu settings). I’m going to open a separate support ticket for this. Thanks!

Yes please – please use the credentials you have and fix on the staging site.
-Please note that the search function is also not working on the older version of Tower – which means that customers can’t find products using dropdown menus *or* the search function.
-In addition, the mobile menu is not functioning.
I can’t update to the new version until the other issues are addressed, but the current version of the website is almost completely useless from a UI standpoint. Please help!

Also – the mobile/responsive site is broken/showing code at the bottom of the home page.
I am desperate to get this fixed ASAP.
