I’m having trouble with my menu being visible.

I am using the Imported Dummy Data “Business3”

It is for a glimpse when loading the site and is then fading out and not visible anymore – is this connected to the Slider on the landing page? Tried all options within header and Menu and somehow don’t seem to see the trick.
