I checked the site and the single menu items do not have a proper link. they are assigned to a #. See screenshot: https://postimg.org/image/h3e9kdqc7/
Please go to your Appearance > Menus and make sure to have set up the menus properly. Or that they are not assigned as megamenu.

Are you using a one page layout?
You must know that if you use a one-page, than you can not have external pages in the menu. Otherwise the menu items will NOT WORK in the external pages.

Please send us some wp credentials in a private reply. So we can check the menu configurations and understand better the situation.
