Menu Not Responsive in Mobile Format

  Hi team,
  
  I am checking my website. I am facing an issue in mobile responsiveness when I am open my website in iPhone 5s then the menu is not showing.
  
  I checked this through one of website https://www.websiteresponsivetest.com which also show the same issue. Please check the issue and solve this error.

  Please can you make a screenshot on your iphone because i have tested it in the site you have mentioned above and also on my iphone 6 and everything looks perfect.
