Please install plugin ‘Contact form 7’ first. Then create a contact form and use it. After installing, you will have a contact form element added in visual composer element too.
To install ‘Contact Form 7’ plugin, just go to Plugins > Add New. In the search box, type the name of the plugin. Install the first plugin in the result list.
For the Envato Toolkit plugin, go to your wp-content/plugins/ folder and delete the ‘envato-wordpress-toolkit’ folder. try installing plugin again afterward.
