Missing Footer options with new version 4.1.7

  Missing Footer options with new version 4.1.7
  
  Using v4.0.9 updating to v4.1.7
  
  With new version, Footer options and footer styling are no longer available.
  
  Is this the new normal for new versions?…less features?
  
  Not being able to style the footer section means I am losing some features that were available with the older version.
  
  WP: 5.7.2
  
  Any thoughts would be appreciated.

  One of the required/recommended plugin was missing so I activated that and it is showing up nicely now.

  I was looking for that plugin but your site does not have any link to get it, and the theme file package does not have it included. I asked about that plugin on another post but did not get a reply.
