When running a scan on my site, it says it’s not mobile-friendly. However, it displays fine on mobile devices.
It’s telling me:
Clickable elements too close together
Content wider than screen

In addition, I did purchase extended support but it’s not updated in your system. Please let me know how to do that so it shows that I’m not expired on support.

Hello,
The view of the mobile in the test page you send is not even close to the real view of your site in an actual mobile.
We have tested this in many responsive devices and it’s perfectly responsive.
Let us know if you have any issue while accessing the site from an actual mobile device.PS: Please do not worry about the support status. This is an internal server issue on our side. We will fix this as soon as we can. In the mean time you will be getting all the support you need.
Best regards!

I agree completely with you that it displays fine on mobile. However, for google ranking purposes, we’re not meeting their “mobile-friendly” requirements. When performing a search the search results state “not mobile friendly”. This is an issue with the code of the theme for why it’s not displaying. I checked the robots.txt file and that’s not the issue.

Hello,
The test result of such online testing is greatly impacted from other elements and plugins you have installed. This is the result of default theme in Google PageInsight: https://postimg.org/image/woitd487b/
I suggest you try to remove any plugin you do not use, as well as pages, posts. Also optimize images to improve your google speed ranking.
