I am having many customers saying that they are unable to view our website on mobile. They report the website loading to a simple white screen with nothing on it. I need this fixed ASAP. This did not occur before I switched to your theme.

No this is not fixed. I still have many customers saying that there are several issues on mobile. Some report a white screen, some report that they are unable to select options for variable products, some report not being able to checkout. I need this fixed ASAP.
