I’m currently using the Tower theme. I was excited that it’s a responsive theme… however, my mobile is not working. The portfolio page isn’t showing any of my work, there’s backend coding scattered everywhere, the demo content is displaying, etc.

Please advise on how to resolve this issue.

Hello,
At first the situation you described does not happen when accessing your site in mobile. The content is all there and showing up just like it should. See screenshot: https://pho.to/Af5sY
However this changes after the page is been refreshed. Please deactivate all third party plugins you have installed.
If the issue persists, send us your wp credentials in a private reply. So we can give it a closer look.Best regards!

Hello,
I added this code into your custom css box:
.menu-small ul.menu > li > a { color: #444 !important;} @media (max-width: 480px){ #content { background-color: rgb(253, 250, 250) !important; }}
I checked the site (all pages) over and over again. I cleaned cache and refreshed pages and no issue is present anymore. The mobile menu is opening and closing as it should. The menu items direct to the right page and the page preview is correct.
Please clear cache and refresh page. Let us know if you need further help.Best regards!

Hello,
I checked the site in mobile and i don’t see any of the issues mentioned. See screenshot: https://postimg.org/image/knbn7gjl1/
What problem do you have here?

I will make sure to do that for future issues. Thank you for letting me know.
That’s interesting that it’s viewing correctly on your end. I’ve had several people contact me to let me know that it’s not displaying correctly. And this is how it displays on my end.

Last time the inserted code into my custom css box and that seemed to do the trick. However, I’m not sure why I’m having the same issue again. Could it be from an update or something. I apologize, I’m not very fluent in this stuff.
I appreciate your help!

Hello,
I just got the site form of your screenshot and i think i know what happened. When you first type “heathergerken.com” in your browser, the view you saw gets loaded. Then if you scroll down that page you will see this link: “View Full Site”. If you tap here, you will be redirected to your actual site. The link in the browser bar will change to “https://heathergerken.com/” Please check this screenshot: https://postimg.org/image/ki4b3tlt1/
After this, every time you access the site, the link will be correct. I suggest you contact your host and check out any redirect rule. This is not controlled by theme.
Best regards!

I have checked with my hosting company and after an hour of back and forth this was their response:
“I have checked the mobile website view in the dashboard and it shows the right contents. Also, there is no redirect codes in the .htaccess. So I suggest checking this with the developer.”
___________________I as mentioned originally – the first time I had this problem someone on your end was able to insert code into my custom css box to resolve the issue. Everything was working fine and some point it reverted back to this issue (maybe from a system update or something?).
When I contacted you a couple weeks ago, however, I was told to contact the hosting company to check on a redirect issue.
Please help me get this resolved so I can get my mobile site working correctly. Thank you.

Hello,
What plugins do you have installed? As previously mentioned this is not a behavior controlled by theme files. Do you have Jetpack plugin installed? Please deactivate all plugins (except Visual Composer). And try again.
There are no login data available anymore, so we can not access the site for further check ups.
Best regards!
