Hello,
I have installed and activated the theme remake. The homepage works. I have existing pages and created new pages too. None of these pages work after reload or on second visit. On the mobile version (smartphone/tablet) I can access subpages exactly once. When I visit these pages a second time the theme just stops and does not load. On the computer it works. But not on mobile. I tested it in Chrome/Firefox/Samsung Explorer. If I change the IP (switch from LTE to WLAN) I can also call the page exactly once. After that it stops loading again.
I can’t find any entries in the logs.
ALL additional plugin are deactivated for testing!
Only theme and Elementor is active -
Here ist a link with the hanging site screenshot.

Hmm, no! I have many busniess sites working with my credentials. What do you need to know?
After Update to version 1.1.2 it worked exactly one time, before the same error occured. Its really annoying. Never had such problems with a template :(- This reply was modified 3 years, 3 months ago by saltwater.

Ok, separated the website now with a clean install and import. Try for yourself. It´s absolutely not working.

Hi,
I’m not getting a loading screen that stops and doesn’t show any page.
However, if you are still experiencing the issue then please try the following methods:
1- Try to add a cache plugin like WP Rocket, etc
Or
2- go to wp-admin > Appearance > Customize > General > Site Options > Preloader effect > Select disable. Then please check and let me know.
Thanks, -
Remember that the Homepage is loading correctly!
Try to load https://www.saltwater.ltd/test/ with mobile and then refresh the page.
I had WP Cache Plugins too… This was not the problemAND ok, with dectivated preloader the pages are loading now. As soon as i activate the preloader, same error.
SO thank you for your help. It seems to be a problem with this option, if it s not the homepage.I have the preloader effect online now. Maybe you can check again on the testpage and let me know what the problem is and how we can solve

Hi,
Please allow me to edit a theme file so that this bug can be solved on your site. For now, it’s not possible to edit the theme files as I don’t have access to them. Thanks,

Hi,
The canvas preloader is causing the issue, when you load the site on the mobile browser firefox it never ends (When you Load the site for the second time). For now I have change the preloader effect and it’s working pretty fine. I hope we’ll try to fix this issue in our next upcoming theme updates. For the time being, please use the other preloader effect. Thanks for your patience.
-
Yes, perfect. I´ll use the lighter one and wait for an update. Thank you for your time and help :)
