I have turned responsiveness off on my website – https://curiotrips.com, but when accessed on a mobile device my site still goes to a mobile site with full site as an alternative view. I would like it to go to full site only. The title headings and call to action buttons (on Destination pages i.e. Europe, Africa etc.) are not working on mobile site. Also on the mobile site it says “powered by WordPress” at the bottom, which I do not want.
Please could you advise as to how I turn mobile site off, but do not lose responsiveness for my site when viewed on different screen sizes.
Thank you,
Hannah

Unfortunately the code you provided made no difference to either mobile site being the default, the title headings and call to action button or “powered by WordPress” being written at the bottom.
I do not have copyright turned on, and I have tried turning responsiveness on and off, but it makes no difference.
Please could you get back to me asap on how I turn mobile site off so my site goes onto to the full site when viewed on a mobile device. The other things are not an issue in full site, so I just need to go to full site as default.
Thank you,
Hannah

People in forums are telling me it is because you have a redirect loop built into the theme, that means when I turn responsiveness off, or delete data from the header.php, it is still directing users to the mobile site.
I really need my business website to go live today so I look forward to hearing from someone at codeless support.
Thank you,

Hello,
You have installed any plugin that changes the responsive view, disable it and check the site again.
Best regards!
-
Do you know which plugin this may be Ruco? I have not installed one to intentionally change responsive view.
Can you please confirm that Specular theme is NOT supposed to say “proudly powered by wordpress” at the bottom of the site?
Thank you,
Hannah

It was Jetpack, the plugin the theme recommends I install when I first purchase the theme!
-
Now that I have deleted the plugin, and turned responsiveness back on, could you please let me know the screen dimensions for mobile devices? As you will notice at https://curiotrips.com there is no menu showing up on my homepage.
Thanks,
Hannah

Also, was Jetpack the plugin allowing me to access the custom css? I am now unable to find it under settings – general anymore.
Thank you,
Hannah

Hello,
The screen dimension for mobile and tablets are the official dimensions. Please read here for more info.
The Jetpack plugin is not related to custom css box. Did you instaleld any other third party plugin recently?
Please send us your wp credentials in a private reply. So we can give it a closer look.Best regards!

Is it because I have chosen the left menu that nothing shows up on mobile?
-
Hello,
No, the header type does not affect mobile menu. Please update theme to it’s latest version and deactivate all third party plugins.
Let us know, so we can check it up again.Best regards!
