WP Bakery: I am not able to change the media elements or update the page by adding new rows or any elements. It’s mostly non-functional and useless.
Codeless: I’m able to manage some elements, but it’s not my preferred method of updating the site. Also the Tabbed elements are not saving. I had added a 8 tabbed element, saved everything an only the first Tab showed content. But after clicking back to the first element, that content disappeared as well. Also, formatting the Codeless Tabbed element was very limiting. For example I am not able to add additional rows or formatting within the individual Tabs.
Ideally I want WP Bakery to function as advertised in the theme.

Please provide us with your website URL, wp-admin access, and FTP information (username and password)?
Kindly send this information using the “Set as private reply” option to ensure the security and privacy of your data.
And also take a full backup of your site.

I added 3 tabs. When you view the page, the first tab looks fine, but when you click on other tabs, they are empty. If you click back to the first tab, it is empty as well.
This is not helping any and does not solve the updating issue. I’ve tried both ways but the editing feature doesn’t work either in Codeless only or WP Bakery only. I really need to get this issue resolved so we can update the site. I just renewed the license.
That might have worked but it is not a long term solution. Also after you updated that page it left all kinds of code remnants that I could not get rid of and had to restore the site from yesterday before you worked on that page.

OK, but whatever you did to the page broke the layout of the order now section, so I had to restore the site again. I’ll attempt to try this, but this issue needs to be addressed very soon and fixed. I would appreciate it if you would not work on a LIVE page on the site and instead use the test page?
