I can’t get to where I did the backups. Usually I backup like a starter site. There should be several backups in there, but I can’t get to them

my clients websites are going down… I’m not sure if it hosting or the theme that is the issue. We must figure this out.

Im trying to delete and reinstall WordPress completely to fix this problem. NOW when I try to activate keep getting error… I have 2 purchase codes and neither are working
