My templates not accessable in WP Bakery

post templates not working

  I used to be able to start a new post and append to the top of it one of my own templates. This feature is doing nothing now when I click on the name of my template.
  I have WordPress Version 5.2.2
  SpecularVersion: 3.2
  WPBakery Page Builder Version 6.0.3
  
  My understanding is that you provide your customers with licensing for WPBakery Page Builder, so I do not need to pay extra to it’s developer.

  You don’t need to pay extra for this plugin, can you please give me credentials so I can check? I am trying with credentials on your profile, but without success

  By credentials, do you mean my username and password to login to WordPress?

  They works, you need to click them on the left corner of the item and they will be added
