navigation row background color missing

  K. I’m at a loss. I’ve been all over in the settings and can’t figure out why I don’t have the navigation in color on this page:
  
  Let’s Connect
  
  I want it to to be the blue of the header area.
  
  It’s correct on these pages:
  https://compassdigitalstrategies.com/ – blackish
  https://compassdigitalstrategies.com/blog-2/ – blue
  
  Where is it that I can have the header be the color of the header area by default?

  Hello,
  
  First go to page you have this issue and edit with customizer:
  You have to click on the first icon in the down right side and click on it (Page Options)
  
  In the left side you have to set the Header Color : Transparent
  
  This will resolve you issue.
