need the right hook name

  i need the right hook name of the Login/SignUp link at the top of each page so i can change it to for example “Welcome JohnDeo / acoount” and when signout to the original “Login/Sign up” link … see screenshot :

  Hello,
  
  Please can you go to Customize > Click on the Login/Sign Up and delete it.
  
  After that please add a widget in the same section and select the Custom Sidebar 3.
  
  Go to Appearances > Widgets > and Drag and Drop the widget June Widget MyAccount to Custom Sidebar 3.
  
  You problem will be resolved.
