Not able to change menu background colour.

  Dear Team,
  
  2 issues
  
  1. I am not able to change the menu background colour. In the Dropdown Options, I have no options to change the background, Instead I have some add client logos option
  
  2. Also I want to remove the search from the menu bar, which is not going out,
  
  Please advise and its very urgent.
