– Transparent Header
You can make the header transparent through
WP-Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Codeless Header/Footer/Block > Edit Site Header(Default Header in your case) > Navigate to Cowidgets options > Check the Transparent Header option > Update > Done.

– Sticky Header
By default, there’s no option for the sticky header in the codeless Livecast theme. However, It can be done through customization.

– Slider image Opacity
You can change the slider image opacity through the Revolution slider.

You can change the slider image opacity through:
Edit active slider revolution module > Edit image layer > layer options > Adv. Style > Basic Transform > In 4th option > Change the image opacity from 0-1 (default value is 1) > Save > Done.

– Slider Image opacity
Slider Revolution provides the feature to change the image layer opacity through the above-mentioned path but not the slider background image opacity as it’ll affect the whole context.

One way is, change the color of text, so it’ll not affect the visibility of the content.
The second way is, change the background image, so it’ll not make it difficult for the user to read.
The third way is, add a colored layered with low opacity behind the text, so it’ll enhance the visibility of content.

– About us page and Home page
The home-page menu item is linked to another page while there’s no link implementing on the About us page. You can add/remove/modify menus items through
WP-Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Menus > Select the menu(primary menu for header/ footer menu for footer) > Add/Remove/Modify menu items and links > Update > Done.

3) Through codeless header/footer/blocks you can’t create pages but header/footer for your pages/posts.
If you wanna create a page, you can do it through
WP-Admin > Dashboard > Pages > Add New > Add content i.e. through Elementor > Publish > Done.

4) The nav menu with the name “Blog Header” inside WP-Admin > Appearance > Codeless header/footer/blocks isn’t a page but a header that will display on All-Posts/All-Podcasts pages/Blog Page.
I’ve created the same header with the name “Press”. Please check and let me know.

5) To link subscribe button to an email address first you’ve to get the Mailchimp API key. You can get your Mailchimp API key through
WP-Admin Dashboard > MC4WP > Click on the link “Get your API key here” > Create account > Fulfill mentioned requirements > Copy API Key and paste inside API form inside MC4WP > Save changes > Done.

I’m not getting what you really want me to do. If you’re talking about creating a header with the name “Press”, I’ve already created it. If you’re simply talking about creating a simple page, you can create it through the process mentioned above
WP-Admin > Dashboard > Pages > Add New > Publish > Done.

– Subscribe Button
As I mentioned above, in order to get the user’s email address requested through subscribe form on the footer, you first have to connect the Mailchimp form with your email then you’ll get the email addresses of users subscribed on your site.
If you wanna change the text, shown on the footer “Get notified…” you can change it through
WP-Admin Dashboard > MC4WP > Form > Change the text > Save Changes > Done.
