I consulted it with the host and the fault lies with the messages sent by the elementor that cannot be executed – 5 sent requests ended with an error, which indicates an incorrect body sent by the application. Does it have to do with incomplete demo files?
The system environment does not block the possibility of editing your files in any way, so in order to be able to answer in more detail – I would need details of what is restrictive that “does not allow” editing.
