This is strange. Did you perhaps made any changes to theme files? Or installed any third party plugin and uninstalled it again? Some of them, even though being not present anymore in the site, can affect theme code during the time being active.
I don’t see any clear error either..
Please try to deactivate all third party plugins you have installed. Then update theme files with a fresh downloaded copy. (Make sure to save a backup of the files if you have made any direct changes to them).
If you can, send us your ftp too, so we can check out the files.
