I am able to display another header (besides the standard wordpress header) in woocommerce on the main shop site and the product pages. For this I edited woocommerce.php and it works fine.
When it comes to the checkout or the basket, the second header disappears. Is there a possibility to display the header on every woocommerce page?
Make sure to have set ON the Active Page Header in General Settings > Page Header Options (screenshot).
Normally you do not have to edit woocommerce files to show page header. It does take the default page header assigned in Header Options > Default Page Header. Did you had any issue with that?
the default page header is displayed correctly, I just need an additional header for woocommerce (visitors should know they are on the shop site, as you can see in the screenshots).
woocommerce.php did the job for the main shop site and product sites, but not for the cart or the payment sites.
You may have not edited all necessary files. Find out the file responsible for the cart and payments layout and edit it.
Sorry but these types of customizations are not included in theme support, so i can not help you with that.
