Page Builder Not Working

  Hi,
  
  When I try to customize my site, specifically trying to change the social media icon links, the Page Builder tab comes out and never loads.

  I can’t access your website.
  Please update credentials of WP and an FTP account if possible, so we can check what cause this issue
