Page Header Subtitle option missing

  I’m missing the “Subtitle for this page” option in my Page Header Options. This is what I see in my page editor:
  
  This is the case for both Header Options/Default Page Header and for individual pages. How do I enable this feature?

  Please update theme. You have an old version, while the latest release has many options changed. Let us know if you need further support.

  Sorry, please Switch On the “Overwrite the default page options”, after that you can see the subtitle option :)
