To speed up your site, you can delete all pages/posts/plugins you do not use. Also is recommended to have a cache plugin installed. Did you add any additional css code to the page’s row? Can you please send us your wp credentials in a private reply? So we can check.
I checked your site, but i did not experience any delay. I opened quite fast. However you can try some more thing to boost your site’s load time. You can reduce the size of the video in home page , optimize images, reduce redirects..etc.
When you say redirects, would the buttons fall under this? Do think having to many buttons can cause this loading issue. The page loads but parts are missing and it has to be refreshed?
For example when you go to this page https://www.strongtoserve.org/board-of-directors/
the bottom row and the video overlap. This seems to happen often on many of the pages. Is there something that i am doing wrong in the design process? The page has to be refreshed for it to display properly.
i dont know how to change the css code so I’m not sure how that happend. I just used the page builder to create or modify existing pages.

First, you had pasted the css code, wrong. It had errors in it. However, i removed the previous css i gave you, and i edited the mistakes in the existing one.
In the video row settings, i unchecked the “Full Height Row”. Now is in it’s place.
In the Corporate Sponsors page, i edited the last row settings (the one containing the two empty spaces). I changed the paddings to 0px and set the row type: In container.
The issues seem to be gone. Please check your site and let us know.
The problem still seems to be there, mostly on these 2 pages. The second link will just scramble completely and the first cuts of the buttons. The pages need refreshing to work

Please check on all pages that the last row has the “Full Height Row” unchecked. Also make sure the edit above, that we did to the other two pages, are done to all pages that have this issue.
You have set the row fullwidth content and set padding to the columns. In this case the columns get the minimal height, so they don’t have a specific height.
