Page Scrolling

  Hi,
  
  One of the most common complaints I get about my site is people don’t realize that you have to scroll up to move content into the viewable area. Is there any way to add a very clear scroll up and down indicator and relocate it, instead of the scroll to top control that appears if you scroll down?
