Hello,
I paid for additional six months of support but for some reason my profile isn’t showing it.
Also, both of my header images are cut off despite uploading them at the correct size. How can I fix these?
-
Hello,
Please go to the page’s General Settings > Page header Options > Page header background, Set the background-size option to “Cover“.
Let us know.
We are making some changes to the support forum server and will update all support statuses soon. In the mean time you can freely post your questions and we will try to assist asap.Best regards!

Hi.
Thanks for the response. To be clear, I have been using the Codeless slider for the homepage header. I tried following your advice by disabling the codeless slider for the page and instead uploading the image to the page header options > page header background area but the header image doesn’t show at all now (I used “cover” as well). Any advice?

Hello,
I am checking the “About Us” page for the page header image. Did you not had a simple image here? I did not see any slider the last time. However, the image you have imported is 955x350px, while the site’s layout is fullwidth. This means the page header image will stretch or repeat itself in order to fill in the entire header width, which is wider than the image width.
I suggest you try uploading a higher resolution image. Theme’s default images are of at least 2500x1666px.
Let us know.Best regards!

I will look into the “About Us” page after getting the homepage sorted out. Do you have any idea why the image I have for the homepage header is not showing?
-
Hello,
I see the page header options in the home page, does not overwrite the default set up. Please try adding the image you want to use, at General Options > Header Options > Default Page Header.
Let us know for every thing.Best regards!

General Options > Header Options > Default Page Header. I am not seeing the Default Page Header area. As far as I can tell there is no place to upload a header image here. To be clear, this is where I am: https://imgur.com/a/R0d5m
Please let me know. Thanks.
I’m also not sure why when I respond it automatically adds all this HTML. Sorry about that.

Hello,
Yes, you do have it but you’re looking at the wrong place. Please see this screenshot: https://pho.to/AcgDp
Let us know.Best regards!

Wow sorry, can’t believe I missed that.
Anyway, I uploaded the image there and it still isn’t showing. You can see here: https://imgur.com/PF6HaMC. I have the Codeless slider disabled as well.
Also, the content on the “Pediatric Otolaryngology” page isn’t showing anymore (https://www.entdoctorlevine.com/pediatric-otolaryngology/). I’m using the “section” plugin element to display the content. Does that not work anymore? If not, do you have another suggestion?
-
Hello,
Please check your screenshot here: https://pho.to/Aclz5
You have left the page header height 0px. That’s why it is not showing up. I made a test with the flex slider and it is displaying your slider images well. Please check this page: https://www.entdoctorlevine.com/test/-Can you please explain better about “I’m using the “section” plugin element to display the content.“? What do you mean? What plugin are you using? I do see that there is currently some content in this page. Did you fix your issue?
Let us know.
Best regards!

Hi Mihalia,
The slider looks great on the test page. I’m not sure why I can’t get it to look like that on the homepage. The settings seem to be the exact same. Any idea why this is happening?
Also, don’t mind the content on the pediatric otolaryngology page – I was confusing theme support with plugin support. I will be able to figure that part out.
One more thing – I’m not sure what happened to the title/header of the pages? For example, https://www.entdoctorlevine.com/services/facial-plastic-surgery/, it should say “Facial Plastic Surgery” right above the text somewhere. It used to show that way on all pages, and I’m not sure what I did to make that disappear.
Thank you!

Hello,
I see you have already added a slider in home page. If you want i can try adding the same slider of test page in the home page. But i need your permission to do it.
About the page title, as i already said in my last reply: You have left the page header height 0px. That’s why it is not showing up. See screenshot. The page header’s height is 0px (zero).
Just increase the number and it will show up again. See the test page for reference.Best regards!

Hi Mihalia,
Sorry for the delayed response. Yes, can you please add the same slider of the test page into the homepage? If you can, making it 20% smaller (while keeping the same width) would be great.
Regarding the page title not showing, increasing the height still isn’t working. I increased the height to 100px on the Ear, Nose, & Throat Specialist page and the title is not displaying. I did the same for the Facial Plastic Surgery page and again the title did not display.
Sorry for being a pain! Your help is greatly appreciated.

Hello,
1-Slider in home page:
As you may have seen the slider options are not the same for both pages (home and test). In home page General Settings > Sliders Options > Select Slider layout, there is no option selected. In test page it’s the “Boxed” layout selected.
I changed it for you now.
Another wrong setting is the Page Header height. You have set a negative number (-20px). This is not correct. There are no negative height. You can set it to 0 if you do not want any page header shown but not set a negative number.
I changed it too.
To remove the space between menu bar and slider i added this code into the page’s custom css box:.slider#slider-fixed { padding-top: 0 !important; }
If you want to keep the default, just delete the code or change it’s value to your wish.
I added this code:.flexslider { width: 80% !important; padding-left: 10% !important; }
to narrow down by 20% the slider. And added padding to center it. Please check your site.
-As for the pages you are not able to show the page header, you had not activated page header in first place. In General Settings > Page Header options > Active Page Header, i set it ON. Now it will recognize the settings you have set up for page header.
Please check the pages.
Let us know.Best regards!
