I’ve very sorry to bother you but I extended this support by paying for it with a different paypal account by mistake. Could I get this refunded so that I can take it out again with the correct paypal account. If you send me an email I will let you know the paypal emails in question.
Why is my support marked as expired when I’ve extended support less than 2 weeks ago? You should wait till a refund is granted before changing support. Can you change this back to supported in the meantime. Thanks.
The mark is auto generated from the query that checks up the buying date of theme and support with the current time. We did not change it personally.
