Picante - Saving problem and disappearing text and images

  Visual composer and codeless editor dont work. What ever I do, columns and images not showing, or when they show, if I make any edit, they disappear. Text edits, image backgrounds etc…With wpbakery composer, no thumbnails when I choose backround, text not showing when edit etc…When I edit trough customize theme, also problems…
  I manageds to create some rows and columns with visual composer, but when I use theme customize(I wanted to change shop page layout), on publish, whole text on home page disappeared.
  Some problem with saving…

  We recommend to use one of the builders. So if you decide to work with Codeless builder you have to finish the work with the Codeless Builder.
  
  We are working with on the latest version to make the Picante works perfectly on Visual Composer too.
  
  Try to edit the theme with Codeless Builder.

  I cant work with this theme. I cant make single edit.When I do(not using visual composer-disabled it) I lose all text.

  I deleted theme and purchased from another creator. I submitted refund request through envato.
  
  I don’t want this theme. Tried, but it’s not what you advertised.

  Theme’s main builder is Codeless Builder. All demo content is created with it. In order for the shortcodes to work as they should, all shortcodes of a page must be of the same builder(screenshot). Meaning you can not have elements of both Codeless Builder and Visual Compose rin the same page.
  But if you keep only Codeless Builder, then there are no problems. In the last reply my colleague asked you to keep only one builder. Now i am asking for the credentials so that i can check what is causing the saving issue. Because this does not happen on our side or other installations.

  I kept only one as I wrote, and still problems, same problems. He logged in last time and had enough time to see what is the problem. I dont have time to experiment with theme which was supposed to work.
  Its not true that your theme is perfect and that there were no problems. I read your forum.
  I purchased other theme and installed it. Your theme is deleted from wordpress alongside plugins, so there is no need for intervention. Im already late with project.
