you have old slider revolution Version 6.7.19 ?!?!
and WPBakery Version 7.9 !!!!!
please note that there is WordPress 6.7.2!!!!
this Tower theme is forgotten along with the related modules ?

wp engine policy is different from access through cpanel and it is not accepted to give access like this especially since it is about an update of the theme and related plugins and not an incompatibility problem or problems with other plugins.
honestly it is very strange to request access for updates.
please take the correct steps to update the theme and related plugins through envato/themeforest and not just upon request .
we are waiting for a NORMAL delivery estimate for the updates requested through envato/themeforest. but pls not after months…
