Category should be Empty, If you want to filter.
If you dont want to see filter then Category become visible (only if you have selected).
If you want to see all portfolio then set item per page as -1 and it will show all.

Other All categories are now work properly. You can see the settings from the codeless page builder Please check and confirm.
