after much work updating the whole site (WP core, template, extensions, etc), I was able to get the site layout back to normal, however, I noticed that the portfolio images are not showing up on their pages. (Example url provided via private tab).
Sorry for the inconvenience. We are reviewing the portfolio item featured images right now and will get back asap.
I checked the portfolio items in the home page and they did linked to the respective portfolio item.
I created a new copy of the site, just using the demo content and I can see that the problem with the missing images is also present there. This is a problem with your template and I need an update to relay to my client.
Faster customer support would be great on your part guys. You have a great template, but so far, you lag terribly when it comes to your response time. :(
