There is a big box in the back end where I can type in a description of the item. This comes up under the header “Portfolio Description” on the website. Under that, there is another header called “Portfolio Details” but I don’t see anywhere in the back end where I can insert information for it to appear on the site itself.
I searched the files in Dreamweaver hoping to come up with a file that I could manually edit but I didn’t find anything.
To edit/add information to the “Portfolio Details” please go to the portfolio option panel, Single Portfolio Options > Custom Fields (see screenshot).
To add more fields, go to General Options > Portfolio Config > Custom fields Parameters (screenshot).
I don’t see a field in the Single Portfolio Options that may show the Portfolio Details information. The current fields are “WordPress”, the date, and “Codeless”, none of which show up on the front-end screen anyways.
Also, I also don’t see a place in the Portfolio Config to create a new field. I just see “Portfolio Slug” and “Active Portfolio Like”
You had zero custom fields created in General Options > Portfolio Config > Custom Fields Parameters (screenshot)
That is why the custom fields already created in the single portfolio item since the dummy data import, were not able to show.
I added three fields and they do show up ok now. See screenshot. To change the custom fields titles, go to General Options > Portfolio Config > Custom Fields Parameters, edit the fields content, or remove them and add new ones.

Although I see the custom fields you created under “Portfolio Items”, I still don’t see the custom fields option under General Options > Portfolio Config > Custom Fields Parameters.
I still just see “Portfolio Slug” and “Active Portfolio Like”. I would like to create additional fields-is it possible to solve this problem?
