Portfolio - Video Playing w/Out Audio - Codeless Support Center

  Hi there,
  
  I want to keep my current version of the theme. I’ve had significant issues with the site when updating to the latest version…can’t afford the downtime to fix all the issues with the new version.
  
  Currently, I’m having trouble playing videos within the portfolio section. I’ve embedded Vimeo links in all my portfolio entries and they play….but without audio. Also, it’s hard to stop the video once they start playing…where are the audio controls.

  Removed the image, but still no sound or video controls for all my vimeo links.

  Hello,
  
  That’s because you can select the controls to show in the video, when you first extract the link form Vimeo. There are settings defined by Vimeo API.

  I don’t think the vimeo API controls are the issue. I confirmed and volume and play controls are selected for embeds. However, the portfolio section of the site doesn’t use embeds. It’s a custom feature where you type in the vimeo ID.
