Is there any way to create two pages. One page with certain categories and another page with certain categories? If yes, also let me know how to include side bar for display of those categories (as a filter)
Do you mean portfolio categories? Or post categories? Any way you can use the left navigation layout. Create the pages you want as children to a parent page. Set a category for display (use visual composer elements) in each page.

Do you want to create three blog pages? Sorry but you can only have one blog page in a site. The examples in the demo are created with cookies for demonstration purpose only.
